As breast cancer awareness month comes to an end I think what better way to pay tribute or honor a lost loved one that to finally step up and do what it takes to lose the weight and possibly prevent breast cancer.
If you had cancer you'd do whatever it took to fight the disease, but we still won't listen to doctors when they tell us how important a healthy weight and healthy diet are...we're like teenagers and think it just won't happen to us.
